We totally get it – sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we’re here to help.

 

Return Window:
You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return:

 

• Item must be in original condition, with tags and packaging

• Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice)

 

How to Start a Return:

 

• Email us at support@teddyandme.co.il with your order number and reason for return.

• We’ll provide instructions for returning or exchanging your item.

 

Return Shipping Cost:

 

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

 

Refunds:

 

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

• After 12 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we won’t be able to cancel it.
