Returns & Exchanges
We totally get it – sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Window:
You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return:
Item must be in original condition, with tags and packaging
Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice)
How to Start a Return:
Email us at support@teddyandme.co.il with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide instructions for returning or exchanging your item.
Return Shipping Cost:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
